How Can I Transfer Subscriptions?
Pro, Pro Unicorn and Pro Legacy sucbscriptions can be transfered between Facebook pages.
Subscriptions are transfered:
- Only to Free pages
- Only within the Company
- Only by Owner or Admin
Follow the next steps:
- Open Billing page
- Select tab with required subscriptions
- Select required page and click Cancel
- Choose "I upgraded the wrong page or need to transfer my subscription to a different page" and click Downgrade
- In the list of free pages select the one subscriptions will be tranfered to and click Transfet Subscription
- All Set!
